Resin-Coated Decoration

Resin-Coated Full-Colour Product Decoration

Resin coated finish is produced in a 3-step process :

  1. The artwork is printed onto a vinyl material which has a strong adhesive on the reverse.
  2. The branded area is then coated with a crystal clear resin, which is allowed to dry.
  3. Once dry, the finished "resin-coated label" is applied to the product, the adhesive forming a permanent bond.
